Along with Valentine, we organize the promotion of 4 food tourings.

Valentina has a true passion for genuine Italian food! Passion drove her to pursue this mission of promoting authentic Italian culinary culture avoiding tourist traps to make you experience the real Italian food and wine tradition! Starting from the basics, she propose to explore together the four pillars of Italian gastronomy: pizza, pasta, wine and mozzarella. Her promise is to ensure you visit and discover the same spots frequented by Italians themselves!

THE PASTA EXPERIENCE

Guests will have the opportunity to book tastings of pasta typical of the Campania region, with special seasonings of the local tradition. We will visit three local pasta factories, to explore together the ancient tradition of Italian pasta.

THE MOZZARELLA EXPERIENCE

The Mozzarella tour includes two tastings of the typical buffalo mozzarella: one from Salerno and the other one from Aversa. We will visit together , a cozy farm, witnessing the creation of an authentic work of culinary art by an expert cheesemaker. This is the Mozzarella experience!

THE VINO EXPERIENCE

The wine experience touches all the senses; the visitor will taste, smell, touch the grapes, visit the vineyards, and listen to the music of the chalice filled with great wine from Campania! You will spend a day in one of the most exclusive wineries of Campania; from Irpinia to Sannio; from Cilento to the Amalfi Coast or the slopes of Vesuvius always combining the best meats and cheeses.

THE PIZZA EXPERIENCE

Pizza is absolutely the most famous Italian food! We will discover the secrets and curiosities about pizza and its origins. We can organize special evenings in the best Neapolitan pizzerias. The pizza was born as a loaf of bread and evolved over the years. The dough is a simple preparation, made from flour, water, yeast, salt and oil with which you can create many variations: let’s discover the best ones together! At the end of the tour , will follow a COOKING CLASS.
Food tourings take place in the day and last 4-5 hours.
